Welcome to the Cleft One website & services. We hope you enjoy your use of our facilities. Please appreciate and understand that this is a legal world and that you, by not immediately leaving this website now or immediately after reading our terms of service are accepting our services under the terms of this agreement. It is your obligation to keep your self informed of any changes that may occur between visits, as using our services each time is under the condition that you accept all our terms and conditions. We may change our terms and conditions from time to time without expressly informing you.

1 Cleft One Services:
Create, design, customize products that are listed for sale.
Buy products that are listed for sale
Save and share designs that your may have created.
Use our fun picture and design tools.
Save created images and designs into public and personal galleries.
Post your created images to social networks or bloggs that you have the legal right to do so.
Registering to subscribe to special offers and use of galleries.

1.1 Cleft One Return Policy
We are proud of the level of quality we produce across all of our printing avenues. Having said that, we are only human and every once in a while we might have a printing hiccup or miss a manufacturing error in a garment. On the very odd occasion that this happens we are happy to reprint your item. Before we can do that though there are a few steps you need to take. Firstly, read the all important ‘What can be Returned’ list to determine whether or not your item is indeed returnable:

What can be returned?
Returns are only accepted if within 14 days of receipt of purchase
Only damaged/faulty garments, or faulty prints can be returned/exchanged
Please note all returns must be in original packaging and have no noticeable signs of wear or makeup stains
Note: Shipping fee's are non refundable.

Sadly, we cannont accept returns for:
Change of mind
Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer
Shipping or stock delays
Unsatisfaction with different colours profiles between different garments
Incorrect product selection by user ( size, style, brand, colour… remember to check our size charts before placing your order and to always check the specs of the product such as thickness and material)
Design errors introduced by the customer in the design process
Variances in the garment size of +/- 2cm (supplier allowance)
Unsatisfaction with print size - remember that the mockup garment you are designing on represents a full size range, so be sure to measure out your print size on one of your own tees before uploading it to the design tool to ensure you are happy with how big it is going to print
Inferior quality or low resolution of uploaded images

The difference between printing on white garments and coloured garments:
In order to be able to print on a coloured garment, we first have to spray the garment with a pre treatment solution that allows the white ink something to stick to. We then lay down a nice thick layer of white ink, followed by the colour layer. Becuase of this, colours do tend to look much brighter than when printing on a white garment. When we print on a white garment, the material absorbs the ink which means it loses a little bit of the vibrancy. Please ensure you call our sales team to discuss these differences and request samples before placing a larger order.

The difference between our screen and your screen:
Now is a good time to point out that everyone’s monitors are different, which means that there are going to be small differences in the colours that you see on your screen and what our team is looking at. In the same way there is going to be a variation in what you see on screen to the actual garment or print colour. For this reason please allow a 10% variation on both prints and garments, as well as a 10% difference in the print size.

We would also like to note that we have 3 different DTG machines here at Urban Graffix. Each machine has strengths and weaknesses in different areas such as ability to print on specific garments, produce more vibrant prints on white garments etc. We do this so that we can provide our customers with a wider range of products. Each printer utitlises it's own rip software and therefor interprets the colours in your artwork differently. So depending on the garments you order, there may be a slight colour difference in the prints between machines. Please ensure you contact our sales team prior to placing your order if a consistance colour across all your garments is important and they can assist with allocating your order to the correct machine and/or make a recommendations for your order.

It is also important to note all orders placed via the online store are digitally printed, and that there is a difference in the finished product of a screen printed garment, and a digitally printed garment. Digital printing utilises water based inks that are cured directly into the material of the garment, rather than sitting on top. Due to this, digital printing is not as vibrant as screen printing and does not last as long. Digitally printed garments will begin to fade within the first few washes and continue to fade over time. Digital printing is an excellent way to print a sample of a larger screen print order, as it will help to determine the position and size of your artwork. It is important to remember that it is not possible to replicate the vibrancy, and density of a screen print using our direct to garment inks.

**Important notes and tips on garment selection:
Our mission when we started this business was to enable everyone to express their individuality through their own custom tshirt. For this reason, we offer a huge range of products to cater to everyones budget and needs. We understand that shopping online can be difficult so we've popped some important facts about each brand below to enable you to make the best decision for you order. We're constantly updating our range and products so if you can't see the brand you are looking for below call our friendly sales team and they'll assist with advice.

AS Colour: These guys are the beez neez in terms of print quality, garment variety and garment quality. AS Colour garments are manufactured using a soft bushed cotton which creates a super smooth print surface. The smoother the print surface, the smoother the print. They are the most forward thinking brand with new 'on trend' colours and style being added to their range almost weekly.

Gildan/Keya (used for the $14.95 'Special Tee'): Print quality is not the best with these two suppliers, so don't expect too much. The on upside, they are nice and cheap and are a great entry level product for those on a budget. Keep in mind the material is thin so if you ladies don't want your bra to show then upgrade to a more premium or thicker tee. You might notice that this shirt is cheaper than our 'print' price on supplied stock, well that's becuase you get the shirt for FREE! Yep, we pay for the shirt, you just pay for the print. You are welcome.

Ramo: Ramo sits in between AS Colour and Gildan/Keya. It's a happy medium between price and quality and they have a sweet range of styles available. Ramo has a huge colour range in their modern fit tees which is great for those wanting to colour match a garment.

Sportage: Sportage is up there with AS Colour. Soft brushed cotton and smooth prints with a nice medium thick cotton that is priced well. An awesome alternaitve for those wanting something premium but are short on the funds (aren't we all!?).

RTP: RTP has been engineered for DTG printing - this means that during the manufacturing process the garments are washed with the pre treatment solution that allows us to print on them. Because this step is done during the manufacturing, it means we can not only print all over the RTP shirt but we can also achieve more vibrant and long lasting print results. Where the bloody hell have these guys been all our lives! Anywho - these bad boys are awesome for print quality but they're still fine tuning the cut and material. So keep in mind that they are generally oversized compared to Aussie sizes and super lightweight AKA thin people - think Victoria Beckham thin.

The Cleft One approval disclaimer
We consider all of the following actions to constitute as an authority to proceed on your order.

Verbal Agreement
Payment of an invoice or emailing a reply with approval constitutes authority to proceed. Clients are requested to check thoroughly before approving. We have taken the utmost care creating your artwork, however are not liable for client error.

We recommend that you check all proofs thoroughly before approving. We endeavor to be as accurate as possible however please note that due to the production process, colours, position, size and scale are indicative only

The Cleft One garment availability disclaimer
We are proud to offer a range of garments larger than any other printer to give our customers as much choice as possible. The downside to this is that on occasion our suppliers do run out of stock. To ensure these stock delays do not affect the production schedule on your order, Cleft One will take the liberty of swapping your garments over to another supplier of equal or higher quality. It is not always possible to confirm these changes with you beforehand so if you have your heart set on a brand or style, please let us know at the time of your order.

1.2 Delivery timeframes
Cleft One takes great pride in fulfilling our processing and printing timeframes on time and often ahead of schedule. We have also selected two of the best and most reliable postage companies to help ensure your orders are delivered on time and with care. Unfortunately some circumstances are out of our control, and in the unlikely event there is a delay due to Fastway or Australia Post, we cannot take responsibility. We will however do our best to ascertain the reason for the delay and resolve the issue asap.

If you place a rush order, please check the Australia Post Express Next Day Network to ensure you will receive your order on time. If you have a strict deadline or have any questions about Rush Orders, please give us a call prior to placing your order. We recommend that you call to check that your stock is available prior to placing your order to avoid delays. In the event of a delay due to stock, Cleft One will still produce your order as quickly as we possibly can. Please note that any delays due to stock or shipping do not warrant a refund on the express fee paid as we still print and ship an order in an expidited time frame.

1.3 Washing instructions
The longevity of your tee and prints is largely up to you. To ensure you get as much wear out of them as possible please follow these instructions carefully.

Cold gentle wash inside out
Do not tumble dry (we like to hang ours straight on a coat hanger…no ironing necessary)
If you must iron, iron inside out
Do not dry in direct sunlight

1.4 Affiliate stores
Cleft One is happy to offer our customers the opportunity to create a new income stream via our Affiliate Store service. All fee's are paid to Deco Network by Cleft One, which means this service is free to our user's!

It is up to the User to navigate their way through the store setup process and technical support will be limited. We recommend the use of the 'Startup Wizard' to help guide you through creating your store.

If a store becomes inactive for a long period of time then it will automatically be deleted without prior notice to the store owner. We recommend utitlising your social media outlets to create consistant traffic.

Cleft One also reserves the right to delete stores we feel are offensive in any way. This will be done at our own discretion.

2 Using our Cleft One Services and Website:
In consideration of the promises and obligations given and assumed herein, and intending to be legally bound, these Terms of Use provide as follows.

2.1 Eligibility children under 18
Cleft One will only knowingly provide products or services to persons who can lawfully enter into and form contracts under applicable law.

If you are under the age of 18, but at least 13 years of age, you may order products or services only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms of Use. Children under the age of 13 may view the Website but MAY NOT order products or service.

2.2 Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms of Use, unless the context indicates a contrary intention:

Intellectual Property Rights means all industrial, commercial and intellectual property rights (including equivalent, neighbouring or proximate rights anywhere in the world that currently exist or are recognised in the future).
A person means any form of legal entity as well as any quasi-legal entity.
A User means any person using the website and/or services provided by Cleft One.
A reference to any document, material, information or data includes that document, material, information and data howsoever stored, recorded or embodied, including in any electronic or digital media or otherwise.
The word includes in any form is not a word of limitation.

3 User's Obligations
In consideration of the promises and obligations given and assumed herein, and intending to be legally bound, these Terms of Use provide as follows.

3.1 Responsibilities
Users are and shall be wholly and exclusively responsible, at their own cost, for:

All telecommunications lines, modems, communication controllers, routers, multiplexers, terminals and all other equipment, hardware and software necessary to access and use the Website and services;
The use that it makes of the Website , including any article, material, literary or artistic work, design or other matter that they author, invent, create, develop or produce;
Complying with all laws, regulations and rules in the uses country or jurisdiction;
Complying with any recommendations or guidelines issued by Urban Graffix with respect to the use of the Website and/or services and
Ensuring that all electronic or other media it uses in connection or in conjunction with the Website and the services provided complies with these Terms of Use and all applicable laws, regulations and rules.

Non-Personal Information. How and When Does Cleft One Collect This Information?
Providing Information to Us. We collect Personal Information from you when you provide it to us. In our Affiliate Agreement, Cleft One contractually obligates each Affiliate not to use or disclose this information for any purposes other than internal record keeping, and for marketing, only if you have opted in to receive marketing material directly from the Affiliate. We cannot guarantee all Affiliates will comply with this obligation.

Disclosure of Non-Personal Information.
We will disclose Non-Personal Information, in aggregate form, to potential strategic partners, advertisers, investors, customers, and others. You may not opt-out of the sharing of this information. However, it cannot be easily used to identify you personally.

The content that you store, post, or transmit on or through the Website, such as message board postings, storefront pages, and images on your Products, may be accessed by other users, including people that you do not know. We are not responsible for the actions of others. How Can I Review and Make Changes to My Personal Information?
You can obtain a copy of and request that we correct errors in your Personal Information by emailing us at Customer Care. For your protection, you will be required to provide proof of your identity to obtain a copy of your Personal Information. If your Personal Information changes or if you no longer want to use the Cleft One Services, you may correct, update or deactivate your Personal Information and/or your account through the account management screen. If you would like to deactivate or terminate your account you can also contact our Customer Service.

Tell-A-Friend
If you choose to use our referral service to tell a friend about the Website, we will ask you for your friend's name and email address. We will automatically send your friend a one-time email inviting him or her to visit the Website. We store this information for the sole purpose of sending this one-time email and tracking the success of our referral program.

Security
The security of your Personal Information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as a credit card number and/or social security number on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the Personal Information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. You may be able to access third party websites directly from the Website. This Privacy Policy does not apply when you access third party websites. We cannot control how third parties may use Personal Information you disclose to them, so you should carefully review the privacy policy of any third party website you visit before using it or disclosing your Personal Information to its provider.

What About Children's Privacy?
Under Thirteen. The Website and the System are intended for users aged 13 and older only. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use any Personal Information from children that we know to be under the age of 13. In addition, we will delete any information in our database that we know originates from a child under the age of 13. Thirteen to Seventeen. Prospective users between the ages of 13 and 17 can only use the Website under their parent's or legal guardian's supervision. If you are between the ages of 13 and 17, you, your parent, or your legal guardian may request that we deactivate any of your Personal Information in our database and/or opt-out from receiving communications from us. Can I Opt-Out From Receiving Communications From Cleft One?
We provide you the opportunity to opt-out of having your Personal Information used for certain purposes. For example, if you purchase a product/service but do not wish to receive any additional marketing material from us, you can indicate your preference on our order form. If you no longer wish to receive our newsletters and promotional communications, you may opt-out of receiving them by following the instructions included in each newsletter or communication or by emailing us at Customer Care. We also offer you an opportunity to opt-out of certain communications through the account management screen. If you need assistance you may contact us at Customer Care. If we disclose your Personal Information to a third party in a manner that is not set forth in this Privacy Policy you will be notified so that you can make an informed choice about sharing your Personal Information with that third party.

Google Remarketing
This website uses the Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our site. It could mean that we advertise to previous visitors of our site, for example, to previous visitors who have haven't used the contact form to make an enquiry. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results page, or a site in the Google Display Network. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on someone’s past visits to our website. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with our own privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. You can opt out of Google's use of cookies by visiting Google's Ads Settings. Guarantee

Cleft One stands behinds the quality of its products and service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase from us, simply contact Customer Care within 30 days from the date of your purchase and subject to the following criteria we will refund the full price of the product in question, excluding postage and processing costs.

Cleft One products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art digital printing equipment.

Cleft One takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:

Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
Errors in user-selected options such as product type or size.

Please examine your designs carefully and correct any mistakes prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, Cleft One does not proof documents created by its customers prior to processing. If you are unsure about your artwork or to make changes such as background removal, or if you have any other design questions please don’t hesitate to contact us at Customer Care for an artwork quote before uploading your image and completing your order.
